Terms of Service
Effective date: October 13, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Suprasites website, currently available at https://site-success-map.lovable.app/, and the website assessments, reports and related services made available through it.
“Suprasites,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the operator of the service. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or organization using it. By accessing or using Suprasites, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Suprasites helps businesses understand aspects of their online presence and identify potential improvements. You enter a website address, optionally add business details, and the service runs automated checks on that website's publicly accessible pages and public domain records. It then produces a report with findings, explanations and suggested next steps.
The checks available vary with the website and technical limitations. Some areas — such as third-party reviews, search rankings, business listings and competitor performance — are not currently checked and are shown in reports as not assessed. We may modify, improve, restrict or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.
Assessments are currently free and do not require an account.
3. Eligibility and business use
You may use Suprasites only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to submit it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service suits your circumstances and complies with applicable laws, contracts and third-party rights.
4. Assessments and reports
Informational purpose. Reports, scores, observations and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes to help you identify potential opportunities. They are not guarantees of website performance, search visibility, customer acquisition or business success.
Accuracy and completeness. Reports rely on automated, rule-based checks of publicly accessible information. These have limitations: findings may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or affected by technical restrictions — for example, a website that blocks automated visitors or builds its pages with scripts. Items we could not confirm are labelled so you can check them before acting.
Scores and priorities. Any scores or priorities reflect our published methodology and the information available at the time of the assessment. They are not definitive measures of business quality, market position, financial performance or future results.
No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee that following any recommendation will increase traffic, improve search rankings, generate leads, increase sales or produce any particular result. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. You remain responsible for evaluating recommendations before acting on them.
Sample reports. Example reports on the website use fictional, clearly labelled demonstration data and do not describe any real business.
5. No professional advice
Suprasites provides general website assessments and recommendations. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, it does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, cybersecurity certification or other regulated professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Recommendations about security, privacy, accessibility or compliance should be independently reviewed where appropriate.
6. Your responsibilities
- Ensuring you have the right to submit a website for assessment.
- Reviewing findings before implementing recommendations.
- Maintaining backups of your website and business information.
- Deciding whether proposed changes suit your business and comply with applicable laws.
- Maintaining the security of your own accounts, websites and systems.
- Not disclosing another person's confidential or personal information unlawfully.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, confidential customer records or sensitive information that the assessment does not need.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Suprasites for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purposes.
- Submit websites or information you are not authorized to submit.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure or other users' information.
- Interfere with the availability, security or operation of the service, or circumvent its security measures or usage limits.
- Use automated methods to access the service in a way that imposes unreasonable load.
- Use the service to direct excessive traffic at any website.
- Reverse engineer or extract source code or proprietary systems, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
- Present Suprasites reports as independent certifications, official ratings or endorsements.
The service limits repeated submissions, and we may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or others, or to address violations of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property and use of reports
The Suprasites website, branding, software, interface, assessment methodology, report templates and other materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you. You retain any rights you have in the information you submit, subject to the rights we need to operate the service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You may use reports generated for you to evaluate and improve your own business's online presence. Each report is available at a private link; anyone with the link can view it, so share it carefully. If you publish or distribute a report, or use it in a commercial service, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so is lawful, does not infringe third-party rights and does not misrepresent what the report is. You may not resell or commercially exploit Suprasites software, methodology or templates without our written permission.
9. Third-party websites and services
Assessments access publicly available information on the websites you submit, and the service relies on third-party infrastructure. Reports may link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Fees and help with improvements
Assessments are currently free. Submitting a website does not obligate you to buy anything.
From a report you can ask Suprasites for help with the improvements it identifies. Sending a help request is only a request for us to contact you; it is not a purchase or a commitment by either party. A report is not a commitment by Suprasites to implement any recommendation. Any implementation or consulting work requires agreement on scope, deliverables, timing and fees, and may be governed by a separate written agreement. You remain responsible for approving proposed changes, results depend on circumstances beyond our control, and work involving third-party platforms or accounts is subject to their rules.
If paid services are offered in future, their price, scope, payment and any cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.
11. Privacy
Your use of Suprasites is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and store information. Where applicable privacy law requires, the Privacy Policy and that law govern matters concerning personal information.
12. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this section excludes obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprasites is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties to the extent legally permitted, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every purpose, or that third-party information is accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprasites and its operators, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data or anticipated savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Suprasites for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or (b) US$100. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. A separate written agreement for paid services may set different terms for those services.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent losses are caused by our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification cannot legally be required.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Suprasites at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to address a violation. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service operator and to you, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies you have under the law where you live.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the service, our practices or the law. We will update the effective date when revised Terms are published, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
19. Severability, waiver and entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement for paid services, make up the agreement governing your use of the service; a separate written agreement controls where it expressly addresses a matter differently.
20. Contact
For questions about these Terms, open your report and use the “Get Help Improving My Online Presence” form, noting that your message concerns the Terms of Service. We will reply to the email address you provide.
